Peggy Jennings recognized the need to fulfill each woman's desire to participate in the look and fit that would achieve the perception she wishes to convey. In order to accommodate this end, it was necessary to have a factory capable of cutting each order individually, as well as able to make individual patterns to incorporate individual needs.

Over the past 19 years, the collection has been sold in the finest specialty stores in the United States and Canada, where 75% of the orders have come from trunk shows, where clients can select their fabrics, customize their styles, and be measured for a fit that will compliment their figure.

It was, therefore, a natural evolution that such an accommodation would appeal to religious women with a need for modes dressing. Whether a Bride, Mother of . . ., Bar Mitzvah Mother or for other special occasion, the PEGGY JENNINGS COLLECTION offers innumerable choices to satisfy every wish and whim from suitings for Sabbath and Sheva Brocah to gowns for Weddings and the Festive occasions.

Every Bride, without exception, has specific ideas about her bridal gown. The PEGGY JENNINGS BRIDAL COLLECTION anticipates and provides for her input to give her exactly what she wants. Whether lace or silk satin or taffeta, beaded or hand scalloped edges to hand made silk flower appliqué, every detail is available, so that every idea can be accommodated.

Suit skirts can be made with boxed-in kick pleats, and at whatever desired length. A variety of approaches to provide interesting necklines, whether filling in necklines from simple self fabric inserts to detachable dickeys. Every jacket is available with matching dress or skirt, with and without lace accents, velvet trim or even mink, chinchilla or sable collars and/or cuffs. Each collection has in excess of 75 fabrics from which to choose.

Fabrics are all pure cashmere, silk, super fine wools, etc. Swiss embroideries and French laces including chantilly, re-embroidered and beaded are always prevalent. All silk lined and meticulously hand finished with a wide variety of buttons to dress a style up or down. Stoles and scarves are coordinated to add perfect finishing touches.

Styles are made to individual body measurements and fit preference. Muslins are available to provide a level of comfort that the fit will be exactly as desired. After the muslin is fitted, it becomes the pattern for cutting the actual order.
